Q1 Featured Wellness Challenge
Starts January 23
Start off the New Year getting curious about emotional intelligence and exploring ways to support it. Over the course of the challenge, you will gain an understanding of a variety of items that impact our emotional wellbeing, for example having community connection, the importance of nature and the use of intentions in our daily lives.
Each week within the challenge, focus will shift from awareness of our emotional intelligence to applying coping mechanisms and developing healthy habits for emotional growth. Complete tasks each week and earn points by logging emotional wellbeing focused minutes. You may also answer the Open Mind Challenge forum prompt or share a photo for bonus points.
