Join this challenge to up your nutrition game! Feeling Fresh will move you toward to a whole food, nutrient-dense diet with Dietitian-led videos, tasks and a recipe each week. Step-by-step, overhaul your whole diet and have fun in the kitchen while you’re at it.
Each week within this challenge we will focus on a different important area surrounding moving toward a more whole food based. Based on that focus, we will provide a number of tasks for you to complete each week and earn points in the challenge.
