Wellness Manager
ashley.picklo@wkkf.org
Growing up in a family where sports, fitness, and health were second nature, Ashley developed a passion in the health and fitness field at a very young age. Some of her favorite memories are from competitive dance, where she learned not only a way to stay extremely active, but also develop a strong sense of overall mental and emotional well-being.

Moving to West Michigan and receiving her Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Science with a Clinical Emphasis from Grand Valley State University was one of the biggest stepping stones into her dream career field. Ashley is a certified personal trainer through National Academy of Sports Medicine and whole-hardheartedly believes that having a balanced life includes all aspects of physical fitness as well as mental and emotional well-being. She enjoys connecting with people and helping others achieve their personal best wellness state. She is constantly looking for new and exciting experiences and strives to positively impact as many lives as possible.

In her free time, you’ll find Ashley exploring the outdoors, spending quality time with friends and family, experimenting with recipes, and almost always laughing and dancing.

Ashley is based out of the McCahill Group office in Grand Rapids.
