    Option Details
    • Cash – Your award amount will be paid out in your paycheck on 1/15/2023, and treated as taxable income.
    • Choice Credits – Your award amount will be split across 24 pay periods in 2023, starting 1/15/2023, and applied towards the cost of benefit premiums.
    • HSA Deposit – Your award amount will be paid out in your paycheck of 1/15/2023. By choosing this award, you are electing to make a corresponding pre-tax HSA contribution from your paycheck of 1/15/2023, equal to the amount of your award.
